We think a child's day goes best when parents, caregivers and the child trust each other. We promise to meet your child's needs by keeping our rooms responsive to each child's own personality and development. That promise shapes how we plan, how we speak to children, and how we tell you about your child's day.
Rooms are set up for the ages in them: low shelves a child can reach, books and blocks and sensory bins, and spaces for quiet and for moving. Younger children have their own rooms for feeding, diapering and naps, away from the noise of older groups. Each day follows a planned schedule of activities, so children know what comes next. Phone us to ask how a specific room is arranged.
Every teacher is CPR and First Aid certified, and each staff member has completed a child abuse background check and fingerprint check according to licensing standards. Before working here, staff go through an intense training period. Training continues on a regular basis, covering health and sanitation, daily responsibilities, and what to expect at each stage of child development. Class sizes follow state ratios for each age group.
What a day looks like
Children arrive before 9 am, when the academic day begins. Early arrivals ease into free play before circle time, so the morning starts calmly rather than rushed. A teacher greets each child by name at the door. Tell us how the night went, and we will pass it along.
The middle of the day is planned around the children's needs: on-carpet time, outside play, circle time, snacks, and a rest period. Each room runs developmentally appropriate activities, so a toddler's morning looks different from a preschooler's. Teachers keep the group calm and patient, and the overall sound of a room stays pleasant. If your child takes medication, ask the office about the forms required.
Afternoons slow down: snack, quiet play, then free play until pickup. At the door, a teacher tells you how your child ate and napped and what they spent the afternoon doing. We share observations about your child's day with you.
How we work with families
At pickup you hear how the day actually went — what your child played with, how they ate and napped, and anything the teachers noticed. If you have a question, ask; you'll get a straight answer. We understand how hard it is to find childcare you can really trust, and we want the answers to be easy to get.
In the first weeks, we get to know your child's rhythms and keep talking with you about how drop-off and the day are going. Finding childcare you can trust takes time. Call us when you want to talk through how your child is settling in.

Tour the room
You will see the classroom your child would join and meet the teachers who run it. Bring your questions and your child; we will walk you through a typical day.

Enroll and settle in
Complete the enrollment paperwork and plan a first week that fits your child's routine. We'll take it at your child's pace.

Yes. A tour is how most families decide, and children are welcome to come along.
What should my child bring on the first day?
Most families pack a full change of clothes, diapers or pull-ups if needed, and a comfort item from home for naps. Label everything with your child's name. Ask the office for the full list when you enroll.
Do you offer part-time or flexible schedules?
Schedules depend on your child's age group and what openings we have at the time. com and tell us the days you need, and we will tell you what is available.
What if there is no place right now?
If we don't have a place for your child's age today, ask to be added to our list. We'll let you know when something opens up.
